Silly question - real estate
I'm just curious, it could be a hoax on the website I looked at.
It is showing you can buy a house for under 20,000.00 in Buffalo.
I'm SURE there is a reason for this, is it a horrible area?
What home median price range is a good range to look for in Buffalo?

what website are you looking at? If you want to move here, I would suggest checking out BuffaloNiagaraHomes.com to look at some better homes for sale.
Good Luck

Check the Monday Buffalo News for Real Estate transactions and you can see what homes sell for.
At $20K, it is either falling apart, in a rotten area, a foreclosure, or an old person/people need to sell fast... probably not a good area.

You don't want this no matter who you are. This is the ghetto. Think gangs and drugs.
