Unhappy Largest Hispanic Neighborhood in Buffalo is?

I once visit Buffalo in the late 80's and remember a hispanic neighborhood full of markets and shops. Twenty + years and I can't remember the section. Would like to open a shop around that neighborhood. Could anyone please HELP?

Thank you,

Larry

I would agree, Black Rock/Riverside has a massive Puerto Rican and Mexican population (more Puerto Rican though). I have notice more Cubans in Langfield/Kenfield though.
