TanLegs don't you have anything better to do with your time? Your unbridled optimism must have another outlet somewhere.

Very nice and it is good to see the difference from past years to now.

You have to feel bad for this clown. I mean he lives in Las Vegas (or is it North Las Vegas) for goodness sake. Who in their right mind would choose to live in Vegas, unless they had a passion for dealing black jack? One week and that was enough.

If I were moving west, I would much rather be in Denver or Salt Lake City. Boise is probably better than Vegas.

Fixing Main Street was a catalyst for private investment. Read the post.

How is the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop doing? That is considered high culture in Las Vegas (along with the Liberace Museum).

Just picked a random block in North Las Vegas. Look at the beauty and the charm of the houses and the street. Look at the beauty of the trees and the greenery. I'm moving there!

No matter how bad the East Side of Buffalo gets, at least it will still have green grass...

Here you go, North Las Vegas and doesn't look anything like a zombie apocalypse hit like much of Buffalo looks like

Looks like a typical master planned community but I noticed the almost total lack of grass which is normal in the desert. There are almost no people outside in that video, maybe its the 100 degree plus heat 4 months of the year. CaseyLegs if you like Las Vegas then by all means live there, I'll take Buffalo zombie apocalypse and all any day.

Just start at 1:00. Then 2:35. That sea of brown and ugly homes (actually, garages with homes in the rear) on top of each other where nobody walks is considered desirable? Ugh. Compare that to Elmwood Village. Honestly, where would you rather live?

Maybe CaseyLegs likes it because you can shake hands with your neighbors without going outside.
