Exactly. Some neighborhoods have median household incomes over $150,000. Others in the northern part of the town barely have $50,000.

This is common with most, if not all of the higher end Upstate towns/school districts. You can view that on the map in regards to Orchard Park: Orchard Park Central School District - USA.comâ„¢

If you look at the census block/census tract levels, it is similar for the Williamsville SD: Williamsville Central School District - USA.comâ„¢

I agree and there are a few that would probably have a higher number now.

For sure
14051 is probably a super zip now, and 14222 has had both income and education rise quite a bit. 14068 may have fallen though.
