Hey all,

Im considering buying property in Buffalo. I am from South Central Los Angeles, living in Dallas, Tx at the moment. Can someone please shed some light on Buffalo for me?

well first of all, welcome!!! What type of properties are you looking for? For yourself or investment purposes? if for yourself, what do you like? City living or suburban and what is important to you? Schools? Family life? what is your budget, we need to know all of these things to help you out!

Vacation. Maybe live one day. All I know is the property Im looking at is located near Heacock Park.

That's South Buffalo area. Not upscale but depending on the street could be a relatively safe area. I wouldnt leave an empty home there for months on end though.
