Love to hear the real truth...lots get swept under the rug especially when it comes to children who can't speak for themselves.
Clarence is the Clarence district. parts of Lancaster are also in the district. You need to look at a school district map.

Yes, there are a few parts of Clarence that go into the Williamsville schools. I have friends who technically live in Clarence, but their mailing address is East Amherst, and their kids go to Williamsville schools. It's a bit confusing!

if you go to buffaloniagarahomes.com, and most of the local realty companies' web sites, you can do a search by school district.

Here's a link to the map of Williamsville School District Boundary. East of Transit Road (Route 78) is Clarence.

Schools in Williamsville Central School District. Schooldigger.com

There are several 6 elementary, 4 middle, 3 high schools in Williamsville district. I won't say which is better, as it's judgmental. You should do your own research.

South of the Thruway between TownLine and over to the Country Club is Clarence School District in Lancaster/ bordering Alden. Substantially cheaper taxes and very nice area and lots to build in the area are a lot less than Clarence

I don't know if you are still planning to move to Buffalo with your sons, (or maybe you have) but I thought I'd mention that there seems to be a concurring issue with cold weather and its effect on people with ASD. Though i don't know of any study, if you look into it a bit, you'll see that some people believe the cold weather has a negative effect on their children with ASD. Also, high functioning adults with ASD often claim cold weather disagrees with them.
