The OP is just looking to rent and this thread is now 8 pages. As I have repeatedly said, as a veteran of more than 1000 border crossings from all over WNY, that Amherst is best for the OP. CK, Why do you keep posting useless misleading information about something you know nothing about? I asked you how many times you have crossed the border and got no response.

Again, the thread is for the OP...Nothing I mentioned is incorrect, nor unfamiliar with or that there is only one option/answer for you, OP.

Hopefully, for the umpteenth time, there will be specific information that actually helps YOU. Good luck with that...

Most of Buffalo, Niagara Falls are dumps and ghost towns too. It's now spreading into Cheektowaga & Amherst

OP, to unlock the code, Amherst and Cheektowaga are big towns that cover a range of neighborhoods. What people are really trying to say is that the demographics change the further you get from the city. However, an example of city adjacent Cheektowaga that goes against that in economic terms is this area: Cleveland Hill Union Free School District Historical Median Household Income by Races Data - USA.com™
Cleveland Hill Union Free School District - USA.com™
Cleveland Hill Union Free School District Historical Race Data - USA.com™

In Amherst, people may refer to Allenhurst Apartments in the western portion of Eggertsville(CDP) or Looney Acres in the Sweet Home SD. However, on the flip side, this is some information that shows that in the Amherst Central SD, that all groups are generally middle class: Amherst Central School District Historical Median Household Income by Races Data - USA.com™
Amherst Central School District - USA.com™

So, this goes back to being careful, checking for yourself and analyzing the available information.

Just to add, these suburbs would be standard/basic suburban area in many places Down South in terms of information.

I used to live 5 minutes from Cleveland Hill almost my entire life and it was a nice area years ago, but no longer. The Bank of America there has an armed guard outside. Statistics mean nothing. I know and lived there and it went from a nice safe area to a sketchy one as the Kensington Bailey area declined. The M&T Bank on Bailey has glass 2 inches thick in front of the tellers. The city is going downhill and taking the adjacent suburbs down with it.

To bring it back to Niagara County, here are a few of the areas/SD’s that were being referred to and in relation to the Patchogue-Medford SD area, just as a frame of reference: Starpoint Central School District - USA.com™

Lewiston-Porter Central School District - USA.com™

Niagara-Wheatfield Central School District - USA.com™

Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District - USA.com™

Why are we bringing it back to Niagara County? The OP has no kids and doesn't want tolive there. The Lewiston Queenston bridge is a nightmare which you would know if you ever crossed the border. Why do you keep posting on this thread?
