It’s called forum etiquette and perhaps it would be better asked to the forum, in general and separately. The days of getting caught up in sidetracking threads have been long over for me.
You have over 50,000 posts, the majority are about NYS. The folks here value your opinion, you are obviously an expert on NYS, so why are you avoiding a simple answer?
^Not the appropriate place and while I appreciate that my opinion may be valued, I rather not sidetrack the thread. I say this from my time on here and wasting too many posts on unnecessary back and forth that would sidetrack threads.
Also, I honestly get sick of giving my opinion(or at least being the only one doing so) and try to encourage others to post any information. Debate is fine, if it is relevant to the thread and is about the topic.

^Nope and if anything, I’m more apolitical on here. I don’t get into the “liberal”/“conservative” thing outside of giving a description.
Anyway, back to ROAR Logistics...I noticed that the Rich family is associated with this company. Given their involvement and ties to the area, do others see this company expanding even further in the Buffalo area? Here is an article about Robert Rich III and those not familiar with the Bills, the current stadium was initially called Rich Stadium after the family that owned Rich Products and sponsored it. https://www.bizjournals.com/buffalo/...-new-york.html

A McDonalds could open up and offer a greater employment opportunity with no property/sales tax incentives needed.
