I think restoration is a bit misleading, since its now a banquet hall, 23 apartments a couple of retail tenants. Restoration would imply that its a grand theater which is impossible since that was torn down in 1970. The lobby was restored and the rest was "repurposed" into a modern space. Its without a doubt a major plus for the neighborhood, but sad in a way it didn't get saved the same way Shea's Buffalo and the North Park were.
