That is along with a couple of facilities affiliated with Rochester Regional Health.

I think you are referring to Lowe's which closed in 2011 and is now Dick's. Home Depot is still going strong. I have friends in Batavia who I keep in touch with.

I really don't see that location for a logistics company. Batavia itself, because of the thruway would be better. Plenty of land north of the thruway.

That looked to be as large as any Penny's I've ever been in. Considering both Rochester and Buffalo each had about 5 Penny's stores, that's about 1 store per 200,000 or so people. How did they survive in Genesee County with 50,000 people?

The site is technically in Alabama to the NW, but I haven’t seen what the site looks like.
