That is along with a couple of facilities affiliated with Rochester Regional Health.
I think you are referring to Lowe's which closed in 2011 and is now Dick's. Home Depot is still going strong. I have friends in Batavia who I keep in touch with.
That looked to be as large as any Penny's I've ever been in. Considering both Rochester and Buffalo each had about 5 Penny's stores, that's about 1 store per 200,000 or so people. How did they survive in Genesee County with 50,000 people?
