You have opportunity to purchase property w/o knowing anything about the area of which it's in? Who are you purchasing from (friend, family, ebay, agent, etc.) ?

Forgive my French (Canadian) but what the heck is that????

I have a few more questions...

Why didn't this "company" tell you about the neighborhood that this property is in?

Did you check/ask if the property had been stripped or flipped?

Are you from/familiar with Buffalo?

What was the price tag? (if you don't mine me asking) If you don't want to say publically, can you DM info to me? I can put you in touch with people in the CoB who specialize this, including the city housing court judge that might be able to help you better.

To me, it smells like a scam. It could be ligit.... but saying "A property sourcing company" doesn't sound very good to me. Just a hunch because the neighborhood is pretty bad. (higher crime, drugs, gangs, etc)
