Oh Ok, then yes that is the Avant - A rehabilitation of the former Dulski Federal Building, including a total new facelift of pure glass and a mixed use 16 story tower. Embassy Suites hotel will have a new presence there, along with Commercial space and top floor Condos - see the Downtown Construction Update thread for more information on the building (it's the first on there)

Wow, who woulda thought? My family was borned in Buffalo, NY. I never liked the city and glad we moved away when I was 6..to California.
Buffalo, keep progressing..kinda feel proud of ya.
