This must be the east side of Buffalo? How about some nicer areas.

Stay out of the East Side of Buffalo at night. Buffalo made the list on top 25 most dangerous cities in America. Awesome city, not very safe. So basically, if you're in a neighborhood where the building with an "H" at the top is behind a baseball stadium and you are more than a quarter-mile from it, you're on the East Side. You should be fine during the day, and I highly recommend taking photos of the Old Central Terminal (in the day) and the old Buffalo Psychiatric Center.

Genesse Street is pretty bad.

I remember when I was living in Buffalo, Loepere was voted the worst street by Channel 7. Raggedy houses, drug dealers, people running through traffic signs, etc., were the reasons why.
