Are they doing anything with Hertel ave? Some parts of Hertel are just as nice as main st.
They are making some improvements on Hertel, while small businesses have really stepped up in the past decade and are renovating the great street. Glad you got to spend some time in Buff!

My family lives there, I grew up in the area, I usually don't get the time to look around the city though. This time I had some extra time. Got to see the new Avant building, the courthouse, looks like they are doing some work on city hall too? One of these times I will get back out to the waterfront, havn't been there in years.

They have been slowly renovating the entire building for years... Can't wait to see the finished product, but by that time, the structure will need to be renovated once again with our harsh Buffalo climate!

westcoastperspective is on a distinguished road
Another long-vacant building going residential- this one on W. Huron just a block away from Avant. Kissling is proposing eight units in the vacant Lake Hotel.

So I assume you'll post some pictures as you always do? I can't wait to see how it looks.

They are building an office park on North Forrest and JJ Audubon near my house, it is still has vacancies despite being almost done, but it's going to be a nice building, similar to the Citi building in the Crosspoint Parkway.

I will be posting once I see the first pane of glass go up. I passed by it today to see if there was anything up yet- normally I check up on it once a week on the weekends, but lately I've been too excited! They sure are taking their sweet time!

I wish that the Statler Towers looked like it does in that mockup. It's a shame about that building, it should be well maintained and fully occupied. By far one of the nicest in Buffalo.
