Anounced today - New Condo tower for Waterfront Village in Buffalo -
Buffalo Rising | Bold Design Chosen for Waterfront Village
Keep in mind, this isnt the plans for the twin Pasquale Tower, this is another development hopeing to begin construction by this spring.

As sad as I am about the Aud leaving our downtown, I guess saying goodbye to something old means discovering change on a new horizon, not fearing change.
Edit: to include a picture.
This is a vision of the Aud at present, from this angle, blocking the view of Main Street.

Really impressive pics. I've never really seen Buffalo's waterfront other than along route 5 along those empty industrial shells, and that's the impression most have. The new waterfront is incredible, could spur what Baltimore's waterfront did for it. I bet the sunsets are fantastic there.
