99% of them never happed
How many water front plans come & go 20, 30, 50
What happen to the CENTRAL WARF, DL&W, OPUS
the Buffalo City Tower, 50 Court, Seneca's Grand casino
Ethol plant
new peace bridge, Gates Condo, etc............................
Buffalo is so desperate for anythingy Bass Pro knows that
Bass Pro is waiting for the taxpayers to pay 100% of construction costs
and they'll get it. their hoping just maybe someday Bass pro might rent/lease it. But it's a different economy then when it was proposed
Retailers are downsizing and very careful on were they expand. Buffalo is a Very bad risk
why ? Declining population, weather, high taxes, regulations, workmens comp.
