Should be eaiser to finally get the Staler Hotel (behind the new construction) renovated. But with this economy, who knows?

What was there?
An old theatre and some small one or two story abandoned brick structures. Nothing too important, aside from the historic theatre there, but the Courthouse will fill in a much needed gap in the streetscape of our City. |

Yes, it would , but the New Federal Courthouse will certainly fill in nicely as a modern addition to our slowly growing skyline.  |
