More Activity:
And would you look at the Waterfront Condos and construction (plenty of plans unveiling and will be - tons):
We do, however need some construction going on in this part of the skyline :
Where are the gaps? What needs to be filled in? I'm looking into building a mixed used tower in between Main Place Tower and One HSBC Tower Center.
What do you think? Somewhere in the skyline:

If it ever get finished.

Buffalonian4life, Buffalo really is a beautiful city, isn't it? Your pictures always show it well.
Dock, I was looking at your old picture again and realized for the first time, I'm seeing downtown without the skyway.

A shell of its' potential
Let's hope they continue to make progress on the casino construction. A steel frame isn't much to look at for the hundreds of thousands of viewers that will get a glimps while cruising the 190.

Actually, for most views, the Casino Hotel would be seen to the right of the HSBC Tower -I built the Casino Hotel to exact dimensions and height on Google Earth (you can search for it ), and you can see it from every angle with the skyline.

It's beautiful with or without new builds. Though it would look more modern and economically correct with new glass modern structures that enhance "Old" and "New", it is still a gorgeous city with great people like you .
