With the casino, there is much more "attractment" to that area at this point. I am a PM and the area is on the right path. There is also the military base. I see several projects going on there. Will people move there, I could not tell you that. I come from Buffalo and have moved to the country around 2 hours away. To me this is a better life for my family. We have only seen "one" Love Canal. I am sure there are many more. They haven't been discovered yet. Do your homework. Visit the area. A lot of motels/hotels not in business.
