You might also consider north of the AFB, like up into Lewiston area and the towns by it ( depends on how suburban you want to be). The area by the AFB is close to big Factory Outlet Malls -- it it on the far edge of the city; actually in Wheatfield, I beleive, not Niagara Falls. Might be a NF zip; I have friends who built in Wheatfield about 4 miles from the area and are NF zip. Pendleton is another option. So is N. Tonawanda.The city of NF is pretty bad.

I can't think of too many apartments in Wheatfield. It is mostly new build homes in that area.

You don't want to live in Niagara Falls, certain areas of the LaSalle area are decent, but Niagara Falls isn't a place I would live in.

There may be some apartments in some of the newer areas of North Tonawanda that would be nice, safe..

elmwood village is over priced right now for what you get...plus in som area that might include college kids puking on your lawn on Friday nights.
