Does anyone know this area? What are the rail yards like? Is the Hennepin Park area safe as well as the old Visitation Church?

The Visitation Church is for sale as are a bunch of Catholic Churches. Another bunch of them will be put on the market soon. The Visitation Church needs lots of work inside but for someone from out of town they all look like bargains.

What is this area like? Anyone ever live there?
