Default food not bombs local chapter

Food Not Bombs

My spouse volunteers for this. It's been bitter cold these past Mondays but it's still good work. Very low key, not much politics, and no judgement - just food that would otherwise be thrown away, for whoever wants it.

With people doing this kind of volunteerism, and food donations coming in steadily, how can we say that Buffalo is not people-friendly?

People are much friendlier here than anywhere ive traveled to or visited. Its really odd, and I wonder why that is, but try talking to a stranger in another town - they look at you like the sky has fallen in

I wouldn't say Buffalo is the friendiest I have lived in the south and if you say hi how are you to the gas station clerk they will tell you all about themselves. I guess it is that "southern hospitality." But yes the people in Buffalo are very friendly.
