Default Where do people congregate in Buffalo?
I'm only loosely familiar with Buffalo, I know where the Airport is and where the MEPS station is to enlist in the military. (So pretty much I know the area around Genesee St) But what are some areas where people tend to congregate that are easily accessible?.

CW1095 is on a distinguished road
Transit Road, Union Road, Elmwood avenue, hertel avenue, Niagara falls blvd are all areas that have high people traffic

Thats what it sounds like to me, I am in the military and I didn't know where MEPS was until I joined. It is not a place with a sign that says MEPS it is in the Federal Building.
