Its mostly residential. It is considered South Buffalo There is a pretty big housing project there as well.

ok, yes technically, but those from that old st martins, st ambrose, st theresas area will beg to differ with you!!! lol, you know what I mean.

imho if you want a residential area of south buffalo, somewhere Between abbott and mckinley or mckinley and south park is a pretty good bet.

I think the ward is a little less appealing, but that's just me I get to say that as all my family came from there and I am s/b as well ......gotta love seneca street on st pattys day!!!!
