Those FLR houses would be the 'Darwin Martin House' in the city not far from Delaware Park, and 'Graycliff' on Lake Erie. Forget about walking or driving by. Take the tours. These houses are fantastic!

After touring Graycliff, relax on a patio overlooking the lake at one of the beach restaurants at Angola-on-the-Lake.

Some of my ideas would be the waterfront, or something like Delaware Park, but I would really enjoy and appreciate what you have to say and suggest, I've always gone by what I suggested, but I would love to hear your input.
Thanks in advance!

Buffalo= bad weather, even in the summer...really its nice maybe 1 month total if that...terrible sports teams, including the bisons games which are extremely boring (i am a baseball fan but these games are not fun), and lastly high taxes have handcuffed development in the region and caused a mass exodus, and people are not that nice most are depressed from lack of sunlight and vitamin D...in short the best thing to do in buffalo is go out drinking with freinds to the huge amt of bars and be able to stay out till 4 am...really drinking holes are the only fun spot in buffalo...

Personally I like snow (and lots of it) so one man's bad weather = another man's ideal conditions In all honesty, I think we would have opted to move to Philly or Baltimore if not for WNY's snow (though I'd be lying if I didn't say cost of living played a role as well).

I'd have beer and wings at an outdoor pub with good view of some vacant shells and sketch up some architectural renderings of Buffalo waterfront development.
