Looking for retail store or motel in Buffalo area(not downtown) (Wilson: lease, shop)

If anybody has idea about retail space to start a new shop with better exposure or Running convinient store for lease or Motel for lease. I will appreciate your kind help. I am a new comer so I can not afford to much rent/lease. What is your opinion to start a convinient store.

I'm guessing that if you are a prospective convenient store owner, the first thing you should do is spell it correctly. Aside from that, the market is pretty well flooded in Buffalo with Wilson Farms, and every gas station from Mobil to Noco has a convenience store attached to it as well.
