Where is the town clerk and city court to get married near UB? (New York: city hall)

I am a student and just moved to UB buffalo. I am wondering if anyone know where are the city clerk offices and court house around here. I am planning to get marriage license and get married here. , but I really don't know much about here. Thanks a lot for all your kind information.

I got my marriage license on one of the upper floors of Buffalo's City Hall, which is this building on Niagara Circle:



However, I think you can also get a marriage license at the Amherst Town Clerk's office. If I remember correctly that is on Main St in Williamsville, somewhere between Union Rd and Youngs Rd.

Yes that is the right place.

The courthouse is on the opposite end of town (looks like a business park). The courthouse is actually only about 1 mile from UB.

Any county clerk can issue a marriage license.
Once you have the license, you can have a Town Justice, a Justice of the Peace or a minister (or other religious person ) marry you.
