That would be the East Side of Buffalo. That street might not be so bad, but the entire East Side is very poor. It depends what you want, the East Side is a predominantly black neighborhood.

Thanks, but that looks very suburb-like to me, not really my thing.
I do have some addresses and points maybe you guys/gals know...
Hampshire at Grant
Condon Ave. at Chadduck Ave
Woodside at Southpark
3464 James St., Blasdell
192 weaver st
penora at main
Busti Ave
dysinger at robinson
Glendale at transit
35 CALHOUN
Sawyer Avenue at Carter Street
33 Cobb St.
Dart St at Forest Ave
529 Fargo
25 Coronada off South Park near South Park High School
35 Calhoun Place
As for the other one that I did post a neighborhood that is mostly black does not really bother me. I've lived in neighborhoods where its all black before except me pretty much and have had no problems before. We keep to ourselves, we are quiet usually and we mind our own business & respect our neighbors, so I really never had any problems living in an all black neighborhood or one that is mixed.

You are all over the map with those addresses.
Most of them are no where near the city of buffalo. You posted at least two in lockport, a few in tonawanda, and a few in other suburbs.
Just off the top of my head, here are the ones I would not live in..
Hampshire and grant
Condon and Chadduck
Woodside at Southpark (maybe not so bad)
Busti ave
Calhoun (thats Sheridan Parkside projects)
Fargo
The one on weaver street is kaisertown, thats a decent area of buffalo. Right near west seneca where I live.
Dysinger and robinson is in lockport for sure, the area is fine, I'm not sure what shape those apartments are in however.

Blasdell is the northern part of the town of Hamburg = suburb.
Woodside @ South Park is a decent area but if you think the link for Kenmore was too suburban then you might feel the same about this area (as well as most of the nicer areas of South Buffalo).
I have no idea exactly where Glendale @ Transit is but anything near Transit is going to be ultra suburban & a good half hour drive or more from downtown Buffalo.
Hampshire @ Grant is a good area, close to Elmwood & not too far from downtown. May suit what you are looking for pretty well.
Carter St is in South Buffalo near Caz Park. Nice area but may be too suburban for your tastes?

Why would you not live in these? Bad areas? Too much crime, poor area? For me if the area is poor that is ok, I'm poor so that is not a big deal, but if its a huge crime area with lots of gangs or crime activities or if its the projects that is a bit too much.

Busti & Fargo Ave's - Lower West Side. For the most part a strong Latin neighborhood though some areas can be very diverse (with many blacks, whites & Asians). Some areas aren't too bad but most are filled with drugs, gangs, prostitutes, etc.

Thanks yeah I'm not into drugs, gangs and hookers so I'll avoid those areas then.

If one of the 100 most densely populated municipalities is too suburban for you then you are not going to have much luck in finding what you are looking for in the Buffalo area. Most of the City is pretty run down especially the East Side and South Buffalo. The shopping districts in those areas are mostly vacant especially Broadway on the East Side and Seneca and South Park Ave in South Buffalo.
Perhaps the areas around Elmwood or Hertel Avenues would be more to your likeing although the Hertel area is way less dense than Kenmore fer sure.

Basically if I can find rent for a pretty good price in an area I'll work with it. We plan on buying a house anyways in the future there, so its not the end of the world if I live in a place like Kenmore. I don't mind living in city areas that are not directly in Buffalo. When we lived in Denver we lived in Aurora. Aurora is a suburb of Denver, but where we lived was still in the city areas and not the really suburb type of place. I grew up in the suburbs and there is nothing to do, its boring and we have no car we will be taking the buses for long journeys around the place. But if the suburb area is still in the city or right next to the city then I'm ok. Everything is still near to where we can walk (we walk about anywhere from 2-10 miles in a day depending upon what we have to do). Don't take it personally because I said I do not like the suburbs, Nothing I said was intended to say one was better than the other.

As someone who has spent time in both areas I can promise you that Kenmore is much more urban feeling/looking than Aurora, Colorado. It is also within walking distance of plenty of things to do.
While it has nice areas I don't think anything in South Buffalo would be to your liking. It is pretty far out from the heart of the city & even if you felt like walking downtown (which would be a pretty good hike) you would have to walk through some of the worst neighborhoods in Buffalo to get there.
