Niagara Falls
The park, the casino area is very nice, but what happened to the rest of the city? Niagara Falls has one of the most abandoned buildings/ houses I ever seen. It is just blocks after blocks of abandoned buildings and houses. So what I want to know is how did this happen?

Years of political corruption, high taxes, also investors hoarded properties, and never did anything with them.
