hiking/walking with dogs?

I have high energy breed dogs that love their daily walks. Although I don't mind walking in my area with the warmer weather approaching I was wondering if anyone had ideas where else I could take them, such as places for hiking or just nice (dog friendly) parks in general. I live in Lockport however I'm willing to go anywhere in Niagara/Erie County.
