New in area and I needed an oil change for my new Forester purchased elsewhere so I brought it to the Subaru dealer in South Burlington which was a big mistake. I think I financed their payroll for a month.

So... I need a better place for future work on my vehicle. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The oil changes I used to get there were for an okay price. I also had a new Forester I purchased in Louisiana (yup, I know). But sometimes it was more convenient to go elsewhere.

I used to take my car to Girlington Garage just before I left. Demeny and her team were great. Girlington Garage

Everything is so expensive in Vermont in my opinion. When I later moved to Albany, NY, this fact became glaringly clear.

It's all relative. Having moved to VT from the NYC metro area, things seem less expensive for the most part.

It is relative, but I've lived in quite the variety of places. Vermont is expensive.
