Default Where can I find an online STATE income tax calculator?

I am trying to find an online STATE income tax calculator and am having no luck whatsoever.

I would like to input my estimated W-2 income for a state (or multiple states).
It doesn't have to ask for any interest or dividend income or capital gains taxes on a sale of a house, or itemized deductions. I am only concerned with estimated STATE income tax based upon W-2 income only.

Then I would like this onliine calculator to calculate whatever it needs to (federal adjusted gross income (AGI), if that state determines its tax based upon federal AGI).

Then I would like it to ESTIMATE what my personal income tax would be.

Does anyone know if something like this exists?

I am thinking of moving to PA and according to the Washington, DC income tax burden report of 2006 it puts PA at the top = worst, of the list (highest tax burden in the nation for income tax as well as total tax burden!---this report includes income tax, property tax, sales tax, too--but it shows each item individually---see it at http://www.taxadmin.org/FTA/rate/DC_Tax_Burden_05.pdf page 17 ---note: it shows a property tax of $1577 because although the report assumes a $25k family income, they assumed they would be renting, and that about 20% of rent is indirectly a property tax payment).

This report shows that a family of 3 with a W-2 income of $25,000 (RENTING, not owning a home) would have an income tax burden of about $1800.
According to PA's revenue website and other sites, their income tax rate is a flat 3.07% of STATE income (not federal AGI), so I come up with $25k * .0307 = $767.50.
I must be missing something here. The report is for Philadelphia, does that make a difference (is there a city income tax I don't know about?).
I tried the tax calculator at salary.com and it only shows a 3.7% tax for the state of PA.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think IRS.com has one. Otherwise, you can try the Pennsylvania state government homepage (PA.gov) and go from there.
