Anyone regularly visit there? It seems like one of the only places you can get straight talk about the economy, investment opportunities, and market trends. Plus the Boo and Hoofy videos will have your coworkers wondering what you are laughing so hard at.

Yeah, I have them saved on my favorites. Also, I have Barry Ritholz's Big Picture site and thehousingbubbleblog site as favorites. This city-data forum we are on is good too.
