Default US Treasury is going to bail out Money Market Funds!
The new "bail out" being planned today is Money Market Mutual Funds. They are concerned that the people are going to panic and start withdrawing their money from these funds which will cause EVEN MORE mass panic. So now the government is going to bail out these financial instruments also.

they need to bail out Main Street. Main Street is to damn big to fail. Give me some of that money damn it!
