LOL You won't have to cheat. I don't. I just buy what I want with my money, rather than pay taxes.

So Woof Woof's solution is to cancel a convention agents had qualified for in which was already paid for. So punish those who worked hard, who brought money to a business, and who had absolutly nothing, I mean nothing to do with the bail out. So why not cancel all real estate, financial service, etc. conventions. They are as much as fault as the American General Agents. The agents who sold American General products had as much to do with the bankruptcy as a Wal-Mart greeter does with influence on their health care benefits.

the party should have been summarily CANCELLED. This is an outrage. It just goes to show how incredibly devious these people are.
Partying at top tier hotels when the company is begging for alms from the public is highly inappropriate. I don't care if it was prepaid...if your close friend dies will you still party because you have prepaid? Nonsense.

This is not about punishment, it is about business. The business has not worked out and there are changes in plans. It is not the good times anymore, tough luck.
If you are trying to make your case for the representatives who work hard, then why are we being punished for all the misdeeds of Wall St.?

Well I'm sure AIG is also trying to maintain their relationships with key producers. P***ing them off is not going to help them get their business problems resolved considering that they rely on agents/producers to place business with them. Does the timing look rather crass, yes, but it's more coincidental. Now I do take issue with any of the AIG executives getting large bonus payments for these disastrous results. I'm not an AIG fan but they probably shouldn't be singled out for this. We need to be blaming Congress for the bailout. They are why we as taxpayers are stuck paying for all of these companies inept practices and unrestrained greed. I think we should vote all incumbents out!
