Default Which 529 Plan after interstate move?

We are getting a nice federal refund and we want to put in away for our kids education. We currently have GA 529 plans because we were able to deduct our contributions from state income. From what I have read it seems that in CA there is no tax benefit when the contributions are made. Should we continue to invest on our GA plans or is it better to start a CA plan? Thanks.
