The initial rate they are advertising is in the 4.X range and it's in big bold letters to get your attention...so I stopped to take a look. And then when I noticed it was an ARM...

I'm seeing ads on tv for the same companies that pushed the Option and sub-prime loans with the same kind of appeal. "Rates are low, its easier than ever". I'm sure its harder to qualify, but I'll bet they are still willing to deal. Instead of people thinking hard about if they should buy they are saying come on down! just like on Lets Make a Deal.

Greed will always call out to the unwary...
