If you owe the bank a hundred grand then you have a problem. Owe the bank five hundred million then the bank has a problem.

Jackson will earn more money in death, than he ever did when he was alive. He'll be just like Elvis. His level of debt is ridiculous, but does not surprise me.

And what's this I heard about the children's mother (2 of them) trying to get custody as is the grandmother (MJ's mother) ...those kids = future mega bucks?

I also heard that the mother and the grandmother are adamantly opposed to paternity tests to prove/disprove that MJ is the biological father...IMO they sure don't resemble him at all.

Anyone know how CA law stands on all of this messy situation?

I thought it is a well known fact that MJ is not the biological father of any of the children and that the sperm donor was picked by MJ and is also a close friend.

As I recall all the children have the same godfather. hint..hint

Even if money is involved, It's hard to imagine MJ 's mother going after custody. She has no genetic connection to the children and she is elderly and frail

I had no idea! I thought they were his own kids. They are all really pretty kids. It is a shame their life will never ever be normal because of who they are.

I saw a report that the Neverland ranch has not been kept up.
What happened with that? Is MJ still the owner?

MJ had leeches all around him. They smooched off of him in addition to his bad spending. If you saw one of his interviews on ABC, the shopping spree in Vegas shows you he is not cheap or smart when it comes to spending. Neverland Ranch was also a waste.

At this point MJ isn't really ownership of anything.

TMJ is reporting today that all the kids are not MJ's biological kids, and the shocking one of all, that the eldest two are not Debbie Rowe's either. MJ used in-vitro with an anonimous sperm and egg donor for each child, and used 2 different surrogate mothers to carry the kids to term. Debbie Rowe carried the first 2 kids, and another woman carried the 3rd child.

I was surprised to hear the Debbie Rowe part, but now understand why she never came forward to claim any of the kids at all. This whole thing is getting more and more bizarre!
