Which one of the above stores have the best programs for printing marketing materials including business cards, door hangers, etc (affordable and flexible)..
or what other online companies have you used?

I have used Staples for printing custom business cards. They did a good job.

Now I use Vistaprint (dot com). They have a wider variety of marketing materials and they cost less.

In the past, I always found the local print shops to be more than competitive once there was any volume. For runs of a few hundred, I always brought in camera ready copy and skipped a lot of the setup costs.
