Why don't you contact the SBA or have a meeting with someone from SCORE, they can be very helpful. Do you have a business plan? I don't think anyone will loan you money without one. I would also be careful with using the name Harley Davidson, I'm sure they would want a piece of the action if you use their name.

SCORE - please visit their site at SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business"
History
SCORE mentors entrepreneurs through one-to-one business advising sessions on a full range of business topics. In the 1970s, when SCORE chapters were formed, SCORE expanded its services to offer workshops and seminars on a variety of business issues. In 1996, SCORE ventured online and began providing small business advice via email to meet the entrepreneur’s need to have service on an around-the-clock basis.

Just my opinion but if that's all you need, I would get a loan from a bank or even do it on some low interest credit cards. I'm always against having a partner. If you already have the busines then you should be bale to pay that off fairly quickly. Good luck
