Do you think it's worth the money to purchase/utilize business plan software such as BPlans? I'm currently finishing up my business plan and really feel it may need tightening up. I also worry that the plans generated by software will seem too formulaic to the loan officer.

I do plan on attending a business planning seminar next week sponsored by SCORE.

Thanks in advance

Formulaic is good. The investors will know exactly where to look for the information they need.

I wouldn't buy software unless you write a lot of plans - like if you were a business consultant that wrote plans for other people. Just find a good outline on the internet and follow it.
