I have a (very) small business which certifies trade professionals. Part of the certification process involves passing a criminal background check. I'm unhappy with the service I've been using and am looking for another. (This previous site had a terrible UI and did non-stop upsell attempts.)
Can anyone suggest a simple, online service to search for arrest records in all 50 states? I'd be happy with either a per case charge or else a monthly subscription service. Searching Google for said services is an exercise in frustration; it's like looking for 'Free Credit Checks'... a whole lot of SEO spam garbage and sites which do not reveal costs until after they have your CC.
So what do other small employers, landlords use?
