Is there a "need" to incorporate at all? Type of business? Yearly income? Chances of being sued? All valid questions to ask..
Sometimes people rush out and incorporate, and there isnt a need...
That being said, if I was to incorporate, I'd do it locally, the tax implications in doing it abroad, with the amount of money I'd be dealing with doesnt make all of the trouble worth while.
