Making $ off the hotel industry
Can everyone give me an idea of some way to make money off of hotels/motels? Odd question, but I appreciate any suggestions you could come up with  |

I thought of that.. but technically that would mean your making money off the insurance industry, not the hotel industry...  |

open a gift shop near them, everyone wants more junk to take home and put up. Become a whole seller for products the hotel uses you can buy it cheaper and sell to them but we need to know do you owen one or make money from one ?

If you got lucky enough to find a location that has no hotels, but is somehow becoming a really hot tourist destination, and also is very affordable to build, then you could start your own.
Right like that will happen.

You could buy up land in the area, and prezone it for a hotel, then list it for sale.. we have a slot locally that someone did that.. its such an odd location that it'll never sell for a hotel. |
