Couldnt the board members who own most of the preferred stock, the only stocks that matter, and probably own most of the Corp buy it back? The board members basically are the corporation right? And isnt there some kind of bankruptcy, like not a complete bankruptcy, but like one done for restructuring, that they can do to pretty much make everyone else's stock worthless, or just dissolve away from existence? And then they can just start it all up again under a different name, and own all the shares, and then offer IPO when they please?
