Does any one know any company offer discount international shipping to China? The shipping will be recurring and hopefully increase over time.

Rates are lower for a business account with the big name companies. You are going to have to call them and ask.

Cheap shipping happens when you get to the point where you can fill and send an entire cargo container all at once.

Depends if you are referring to small packages or container, less than container loads. Ocean rates to China are inexpensive as containers arrive in the USA loaded but tend to return empty.
