Recently my dad asked me what I thought about him getting into the cashflow thing. Seems to be too good to be true like most get rich quick things. Anyone have experience or know anything about them?

Default ripoff

Do not get into it, it is a ripoff, they even say thay will teach you in one to one basic, yes some one will call you but they will not teach you anything, all they say is, " I know you goin to do great, you are good" you do not need for them to tell you that, you want results. Also the call should be 30 minutes they call you for only 15 and tell you keep doing what is in the book. I ask the instructor in my second call, to see a few properties in the internet and tell me what to look for in them to process the information and try to desired for one of them, they will not do it, just say keep reading the book. So why pay 2600.00 for something that you can buy for 39 and read it. Any way, I went to a County auction of land and did not see any property for less than 15000. So yes if you got money you can by it, but for 50 or 500 didn't see any that is sll BS.
