Default People with ebay stores

I've been buying and selling on ebay for years and many times thought about opening an ebay store. Does anyone have experience with one and can offer advice? Preferably someone that has a successful ebay store. Also, I have some other questions...

1. Do you use; turbo lister, selling mananger pro or blackthorne/pro?
2. Do you have a basic or pro store? What do you suggest starting with?
3. Do you list several of the same item at the same time?
4. Mostly auctions or buy it now?
5. How many items do think should be in the store at any given time to make it even worth it? Someone told me at least 150
6. Are there better times of the year to open the store?

Thanks for the help!
