Starting a content writing services website do I need to create a corporation too? My clients will have the option of paying via paypal and credit cards, although I still dont know whats the most efficient way of getting paid, still researching but welcome to suggestions. my main concern now is the corporation/ LLC.

Now, this is an online company it doenst have a physical address as I dont need to talk to client in person, I will not have an office but I do, live in NYC

No you can be an independent contractor for your clients. Have fun doing your taxes! That's the crappy part.

You don't need a corporation or LLC. Just have them pay you PayPal/credit cards. Keep track of your income and expenses and how much money you take to pay yourself. You will file a Schedule C when you do your taxes and will pay tax on your profits after your expenses.

As a software contractor, I'm curious about the lack of address. When purchasing things and filling out contact information, paying taxes and shipping what will you do when it comes time to enter an address?
