Can you tell me from where I can buy used laptop and computer and cheap rate in bulk.

www.ebay.com or craigslist is probably your best bet. Liquidators buy companies old computers in bulk, refurb or test them and then sell them back to the public in the hopes of making a profit. Most of them have storefronts on ebay.

Check with local techs / fix-it stores and find CL ads that indicate they are selling in LOTS. They often get 'bulk buys' from companies on discarded computers (that is what I use at home... commercial level Dells that have been refreshed from a company account. $200 for a $2000 laptop with digital HD, LOTS of RAM, HD processors, and extra graphics cards. I usually spend an extra $30 on a new battery.

You could try swap stores online. There are tons of them. Just make sure that you are not being scammed.
If not, your next best bet would be to buy them from government agencies who replaced their old computers.
